This client had a tricky situation to deal with when they bought this lot , a poorly built trailer pad and with all of the rain this spring it presented more problems.

I helped them out with a new leveled trailer pad and a gravel pad off the front of trailer area for their new deck to be built.

They will have a much easier time working on this site now ! Can’t wait to see it all finished up !

I got to finish this lake lot off with some nice 20mm limestone. Sure was nice material to work with and looks great !

An acreage project that I’m pumped to be a part of and help some friends get their new property off to a good start.
Shaping the front yard for a play area, cool backyard area for a potential fire pit spot in the near future. We also did some tidy up in the surrounding areas. We then brought in a nice amount of black dirt to prep the whole yard to seed grass, gave it a little shape for some cool concrete curbing that will be put in also in the near future.

Thanks for letting me come in and help with your new home / yard process Friesens ! I can’t wait to see how it turns out when all complete ( ps : it never is fully complete , but you know what I mean haha ) and what you do with it.

Campsite need a little tweaking and upgrade ? I did this for a friend and it cleaned it up nice for him. Took out the weeds / poor grass growth , reshaped for water to drain gradually, topped with some black asphalt screenings. Thanks for the work Kelly !
