After years of designing custom homes for others, I’m excited to announce that our own custom home will officially begin construction in Spring 2026.

This project is personal: a place that reflects our style, values, and the way we believe a home should feel and function. We’ll be sharing the journey as soon as we break ground next year.

They’re well under way! This amazing waterfront property is progressing nicely and the construction quality is exceptional! These amazing clients will be retiring with quite the view. Well deserved for a lifetime of hard work!

Here is a sneak peak at another project nearing its completion! A fantastic new waterfront property commencing construction later this year. This walk-out foundation design will be facing the Ottawa River with beautiful views and great design elements to make this a true forever home. I cannot be more excited for these deserving clients who will be retiring in style!

That's a wrap! It's always rewarding seeing a design come to life. Given the size of the lot we had to work with, we created a spacious and charming home in the heart of this small town I use to call home. This 2 storey single family dwelling offers 3 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great open concept design and over 1900 sq. ft. of finished space. This home will be available for purchase at the end of the summer, therefore keep an eye out for more information.

Happy new year from all of us at Delorme Architecture! We haven’t posted in quite some time because we’ve been hard at work! 2021 presented us with great new project opportunities and even better clients. We’ve worked on everything from small accessory structures, major renovations, secondary dwelling units, commercial fit-ups, large custom homes and more.
