Schedule update...
Back from a trip. Work truck is in for some maintenance, hopefully done by end the coming week. So a little stalled at the moment.
Then continue with the ongoing job, which sees their list not being added to, but will take some time to complete.

Once i get that list done, then on to the
rest of the jobs waiting in the queue.

PLEASE BE ADVISED SHOULD YOU HAPPEN TO BE ON THE WAITING LIST...

Most people are in the loop of a large scale whole home renovation I'm currently committed to.
It involves numerous updates in and out.

I HAVE NO CONRETE TIMELINE AS TO WHEN I WILL BE DONE THE LIST OF THINGS TO BE COMPLETED.

This is a non typical situation for me and I apologize to any still waiting.
I committed to it before knowing all of what was involved. And more things are added as time goes on.
The clients have a large wishlist and I have full access until they move in in 2025.
They have put their trust in me to deliver a nice finished update and as with any job I won't rush or cut corners.

If you are on the list and able to stick it out , you have my appreciation.
If you have a deadline and another "guy" to do the work, then please by all means.
I take no retainers/deposits so you are free to do as you will.

ANYONE NEED CABINETS??

A beautiful shiny white custom shaker kitchen, with new counter top, to replace the old. Look away up... Cabinets all the way to the ceiling for maximum storage in a small space.
Frame and panel doors ,finished with spray applied satin white lacquer.
Durable, washable melamine cases with edges finished with white PVC edge banding.
These will rival the big shops for quality and finish. Just the way I learned (many years ago)- small shop , top quality finish.
Quality concealed soft close European hinges and drawers slides.
Demo and install new kitchen, including redoing plumbing, connecting new sink and faucet, rerouting wiring for microwave shelf, remove/retile backsplash with 2x6 bevel edge subway tiles with metal edging, and updating all outlets and switch to clean looking Decora paddle switches.

What do you think of the difference between old and new??

Complete a pocket door wall, board, mud, sand, install door and trim out.

ABnB main entry finishing.

Change out old lights.
Original waterstained drywall treat with stain blocking primer. Tape,mud,sand, paint ceiling and walls. Leveller to concrete to prep for click vinyl plank.
Stairs clad in vinyl with appropriate aluminum nosing. Lower well walls covered with MDF to reduce damage from suitcases. Make and install prepainted trim to finish off the area.

Stained and clear coated, plywood and solid wood construction. Frame and panel doors. Soft close hinges. Concealed soft close drawer slides. Lazy Susan. Laminate counters built with plywood. Vanity with bypass sliding doors to maximize room space.
Install and plumb 2 sinks , as well a the shower base and faucet.

Ryan and Malissa gave up waiting for the restoration company to come back and do the repairs to the basement walls, after removing all the sewage damaged materials.
Slipped their work in to help them back on track.
Fit in drywall, new corners where needed, tape/mud/sand/seal and then paint the entire basement.
Now the flooring guy they scheduled can come in.
