Some lovely folks in Rossland entrusted us to refinish their kitchen cabinets and regrout the tile countertops.
Also added a new custom closet with a cabinet to hide their recycling! All this and a splash of blue color up the stairwell!!

Latest project is complete! 1st photo is the “before the wall came down”, adding pillars, removal of old (rotting) floor boards, new subfloor and vinyl flooring. Finishing with a couple coats of paint, and now it’s wide open fully usable space for my happy client!

Current project: client wants wall removed. Not a load bearing wall, but being a typical Kootenay old building, there’s many layers to peel off to get thru!! T&G paneling, drywall, T&G wood with 4”nails! Insulation, then a sheet of plywood in the middle! And that’s only the one side of the wall!! The other side “only” had drywall and T&G wood nailed. This is the progress for one day of work. Was determined to see thru the wall!! Will post progress photos. Excited to see the final product 😊

Bathroom Reno in Trail. Had to build out the wall at one end to accommodate the new tub. Replaced some of the structure and drywall as there was significant water damage before installing the new tub and tub surround.
Also added Wainscot paneling on the one wall as the old paneling was coming off and finished with new flooring and baseboards.
