This week we were privileged enough to return to some of our fav clients over at Menace Rides Limited

This time for 80 ln ft of 10 ft steel stud wall and 1/2" drywall.

It's always interesting working at this place, because you have to take extra care so you don't bump into the countless six figure show cars laying around! (No sports cars were harmed in the making of this divider wall)

The month of April was dedicated to this absolute showstopper of a 6.5 foot privacy fence.

Complete teardown and replacement.

Featuring 5x5 posts for upgraded strength, mill sawn true 1x6 fence boards, and beer premium plus stain in a two tone pattern, this client now has the nicest fence in the neighborhood.

As spring starts to warm the earth we find ourselves outside more often!

This week was a beautiful combination of 6 ft and 8 ft privacy fences for our niagara street client!

With triple cross beams, 2-1/4" spacing pattern , top plates for added allure and nuvo iron post caps, this one is built to last!

As spring starts to poke through the clouds so does the reno season! We're honored to have had the opportunity to do this 1200 Sq ft beauty in grimsby!

As per client's request we did a full 12mm laminate conversion with shhh! Brand underlayment and freshly painted 11/16 1/4 round.

We look forward to a busy 2024 season and can't wait to see what's next!

These units will receive new floors, doors, some trimwork, bathrooms, kitchens, and paintwork!
