Not Just Paint. Proper Stucco Restoration.

What looked like a simple paint job was actually a complete stucco restoration.

We removed years of algae staining, repaired woodpecker damage, addressed hairline cracks, completed all necessary stucco repairs, and meticulously masked the property before spraying primer and two coats of Sto Dryonic Stucco Paint.

The finished result not only looks great, but helps protect the stucco system for years to come.

Popcorn ceiling removal on a heavily painted surface — no shortcuts, just the right process.

After removal: We sealed and skim coated the ceiling, repaired water damage, and treated staining with oil primer. The ceiling was then fully primed and finished with ceiling paint using a spray application for a clean, even look. Painted walls and trim in the living room, while the hallway walls were fully masked off with 3M plastic and left untouched.

When we’re done, it looks like we were never there… except everything looks better.

Water damage ceiling repair/paint + interior refresh.

Removed all loose drywall, bubbling areas and failed tape from water damage, and patched a drywall hole from a plumbing repair.

The damaged areas were sealed with oil primer, joints were retaped, then the repair was leveled and reinforced before being skimmed out to blend seamlessly into the existing ceiling.

Low-dust sanding using Festool ETSC 2 150, followed by primer and a full spray finish on the entire ceiling so the repair disappears.

Also recaulked everything, sprayed the trim, window frames and patio doors, and painted the walls to refresh the whole space.

EIFS | Limestone Finish | Sto System

This project features a full EIFS assembly using StoTherm® ci, finished with a limestone-style architectural coating.

To achieve a smooth, natural stone appearance we applied two finish coats:
• StoLit® 1.0 as the base finish
• StoFreeForm® hand-trowelled over top, adding depth, durability, and subtle movement to replicate the look of classic limestone

The wall elevations were detailed with square architectural grooves, cleanly hot-knife cut and fully coated, providing both functional control and a strong aesthetic rhythm across the façade.

The result is a calm, modern limestone aesthetic that blends European plaster influence with the performance and longevity of a contemporary EIFS system.

Stucco Restoration & Painting
We completely redid the front of this home — repaired all cracks, applied a new base coat and finish coat, installed EIFS in the peak, a custom header moulding over the front door, and detailed mouldings around the front arch window. The sides and back were power washed, algae removed, repaired as needed, and finished with a full repaint.
