Another one of our pergola and fence jobs for a wonderful couple here in this one was a monster!! Again built with Simpson strong tie black accents, 6/6 posts, 2/8 beams and joists, finished with 2/4 rafters, this pergola was an absolute beast and show stopper.

This was one of our repair/replace shower conversions for a wonderful couple right here in the original shower was a DIY special from the previous homeowner. Improper installs and inadequate air flow are great contributing factors for water leaks, rot and mould growth. We’ve repaired and replaced a number of showers and tubs over the years due to improper installations and they all come with their surprises. This one in particular had two tiled shower floors on top of each other, a punctured membrane causing leaks and a four inch concrete pad poured to raise the floor. We removed the rotted framing and mould. Installed the proper vapour barrier. Rebuilt the framing correctly. Centred the drain in the original slab, and installed a beautiful shower with a pivoting tempered glass door. Another job done and another happy customer.
