It might be hard to see, but that right there is a pretty big wire going right through the drain pipe. Not sure if everyone can appreciate it but imagine putting a rooter down this drain with a good old cutting bit on the end?!

Before and after the job. Curtis’ Tin looks fine as always. Also 1,600 dollars back for the home owner isn’t bad either.

A mobile sauna/bath house we did. Would be fun to bring camping!!

Most of us have heard of someone having a cracked heat exchanger on their furnace. But most of us have never seen it. It seems like some brands are more prone to faulty heat exchangers than others. If the furnace isn't too old it is usually worth changing but sometimes it just makes sense to replace the whole furnace. Here is One of many heat exchanger replacements we have done recently.

But not this guy... This guy stopped at all stop signs and He looked in both directions.
It's quite the thing to have such big animals that come right into town.

Followed him across Okanagan ave last week.
