To our valued customers:
We want to reach out to those of you that have supported us since our opening, we are very grateful to have such amazing clients, who are patient and kind with us in all interactions. Unfortunatley there are others who are entitled and demanding that are ruining how we feel about our business, and have us questioning wether we want to remain open.
Our biggest issue every year is having enough soil for everyone. I don’t think most people understand how much work, sweat and tears, go in to making our products. We understnd that having this type of business involved a lot of break downs and wear and tear, that is just the cost of doing business. But what people don’t see is the amount of hours Grant puts in to it, the deliveries, screening, fixing equipment, returning calls and setting up appointments. He is on average 12-14 hours a day.
Lately, we have been having an issue with our screener, Grant is out there before the rooster crows and until just before dark, and he is fine with that. What has him feeling defeated is the people that don’t understand and dont care, they are rude, tantrum throwing idiots. So we are aksing if those people could just take a step back and think about the face that you are dealing with mom and pop shops out there, who are providing an essential service to our community with as much gusto as they can, and if you are not happy bu**er off. Go find your stuff somewhere else, no one wants to deal with you, no one wants to hear your threats and your heavy sighs, you are not welcome and trust me if you know my husband, he will tell you that straight up.
Again, thank you for all the wonderful clients we have, we love you and appreciate your business and we will have your product on the ground or in the truck as fast as we are able to have it.
