⭐ Employee Spotlight: Cindy Perry ⭐
This month, we are proud to recognize Cindy for her outstanding dedication, leadership, reliability, and commitment to both our clients and her fellow team members.
Cindy has been a dedicated member of our team since July 2019 and has become a key part of our Mobile Patrol operations and Special Events. She is someone who will drop what she is doing to help when needed and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done—and gets done well. When issues come up, Cindy takes initiative, takes control of the situation, and can always be relied upon to see things through.
Working primarily nights, Cindy truly carries the night shift on her back, especially when it comes to Mobile Patrol. She takes ownership of her responsibilities, remains attentive to the needs of our clients, and works hard to maintain positive relationships with the people and organizations we serve. She genuinely cares about our clients, her coworkers, and the quality of the work being done.
Cindy is a natural leader who leads by example. Whether she is picking up extra shifts during busy periods, helping wherever she is needed, or handling an unexpected situation, she approaches her work with professionalism and a positive attitude. She is one of those employees who can be placed anywhere, and management knows the job will be handled properly.
Cindy’s dedication, initiative, leadership, and dependability have made her an incredibly valuable part of our team. Her willingness to step up and support others has never gone unnoticed, and we greatly appreciate everything she has done and continues to do for the company.
