Today I get the pleasure of helping our daughter by removing carpet in what is going to be her new hair salon. New vinyl Plank Floors will be installed before the end of day today. A Couple of patches on the walls and the we can also get the painting done.

A while back I built these picture frames for a show. We're bringing them back out to use again in an upcoming show but they need some touch-ups. I'll be cleaning them up this week. If you see them in an upcoming show let me know what the show was. That's all I'm going to say for now.

Today I finished up on some sound deadening panels for the theater. Pretty straightforward with regards to Construction. 2 ft by 4 ft piece of Masonite and then just constructed a small frame around it, put 2 a inch thick piece of dense insulation on the board and then covered with a maroon colored fabric to somewhat match the wall colors. VPP got a new sound system, the sound is so strong that these were required to help soften it a little bit.

Curved ramps are built, and the risers are started. Just some finished skirting and paint, which will be done after it's set up on stage.

Hello everyone. It's been some time since I posted here, but I can assure you that I have been keeping busy. We sold our previous home and have just moved into this new home, well new to us anyway. It's a mid-century home built in around 1954. I worked on our other house, getting it ready for listing, and we sold it fairly quick and then we had to jump into this house, and I had to work on it also. You never know from this picture, but the front yard looked considerably different when we first moved in. I'm just starting back to doing some other regular work at the Victoria Playhouse, so look for more posts very soon.
