The awning window is one of my personal favorites.

It's a really versatile window. They can be tall, or wide enough for sliding openings that get rid of the center post you find on a lot of casements.

In a gable, you can also leave it open during rain without water getting into your house.

Homeowners in Sarnia-Lambton

Here's the behind-the-scenes of a project we just wrapped up for one of our customers.

She had 48 inch wide windows but the 6 inch vinyl post running down the middle was eating up too much of her natural light.

So we pulled those out and put in oversize awning windows, giving here a lot more light coming through now.

For decades the focus has been simple. Serve the homeowners of Sarnia-Lambton and do right by them.

That's kept us busy enough we've never really gotten around to showing much of it online.

Well, that's changing. You'll be seeing a lot more from us on this page going forward.

For our first post we wanted to share a bit about where this all started back in 1952 and how we're still helping homeowners around here with their windows and doors today.

In search of a responsible and dedicated employee. Experience installing residential vinyl windows and entry doors is preferred but not required; we are willing to train. Aluminum, construction and finished carpentry skills are an asset.
Pay rate determined by experience.
Truck and tools supplied.
Benefits/sick days available.

Job requirements/skills include but are not limited to:
- ability to lift heavy items to load and unload trucks
- safely use power tools
- work with others
- communicate effectively.
