To Do List!

2 things that we get called the most on during these cold snaps.
Furnaces not working properly.
1. Change furnace filter.
-If you’re lucky enough to have an HRV clean it and make sure it’s set properly. This includes your exterior vents.
2. Make sure all vents are open and unobstrcted.
3. Make sure exterior venting is clean and clear.

Windows have frost on them.
1. Do all off the above steps.
2. Remove screens they obstruct air to the glass by over 50%.
3. Make sure nothing obstructing heat vents and are open under windows.
4. Keep blinds open and blinds as well to allow air to windows if your windows can’t get warm air they will frost up.
5. Ensure all locks are closed to seal them up tight.
6. Run furnace on continuous especially if you don’t have an HRV!
