This home had an acrylic smooth float finish inside the garage as well as an acrylic smooth float finish done on the exterior parging.

**It’s very important to note that when using a conventional system in conjunction with acrylic stucco that there is a small gap above overhead doors, entry doors & windows to allow for proper drainage and to prevent moisture from being trapped and causing potential water intrusion or rot**

This build was also a net zero home. Net zero homes are designed to produce as much energy as they consume annually, essentially having a zero net energy footprint.

Here is an Imasco Minerals job from (2023)

On this particular job the entire chimney needed to be redone. There may have been some previous water intrusion.
The original house was done with Imasco Minerals and then had been painted at some point.
I was asked to match the paint colour as close as possible with a cement based mix. The choice was either to do it in gray cement and paint it the same colour as the house afterwards or match the colour as close as possible.

This job couldn’t be done with acrylic stucco because it would not match the original texture.
