This is Stevie and he killed it last Friday with a water heater install. Not every day do I bust out the chain hoist to install a water heater but when you can’t get a lift into the space and it has to go 20 feet up in the air you get er done. 👊

Customer noticed that the main return air in the home had no suction/ air movement. I tested it with my meter and it had 0 CFM (yes the furnace was on). The pictures paint the rest of the storey. The return air duct was never cut in from original install. Minor problem since we were able to locate and gain access to cut the return air to communicate with the main floor grill. In the end I was definitely able to confirm airflow!
