🌿 the ride or die of container planting 🌿

Potatoe vine is one of my favourite spillers. The colourful foliage comes in a variety of warm colours and shapes that make a statement in any size combination planter. They also make a great ground cover but they are very sensitive to cold so don’t plant them out until the weather has warmed up. Most potato vines are trailing but we also have a couple climbing ones again this year. “Solar tower” are great grown on a trellis. Grow in full to part shade.

I love geraniums - old school! 😎 usually grown for large colourful blooms that last all summer (and easy to overwinter indoors). I like this cool tri-coloured variety for contrasting foliage, combined with coleus and fillers. Good for a sun, part/sun spot on the patio. Is it patio season yet?!

Silver is hot this year. A few plants I will have available. Silver diconda falls, licorice, didelta, Angel wings, artemisia sea salt are just a few of the wonderful silvers.
