How this startup idea was born?
I have co-founded this startup after seeing as a homeowner in Scarborough for over 25 years that how confusing and complicated is to maintain, renovate and upgrade a home for a homeowner drowned in juggling responsibilities related to work, family etc.The home Job is either not done right or it goes over budget and scope keeps getting bigger as you proceed. Often you discover at the end of job that this is not what you really wanted, and you already spent way over your budget etc.
As an experienced project manager, I have proven tools and techniques to define scope before the job starts and any contracts signed, break scope into rapid small projects lasting few weeks to few months at most with precisely defined deliverables at each billing milestone, measures and above all costed with proven tools and techniques so you are never overcharged and lastly make sure job is done right, on time and within budget.
I wish I had this service available to me 25 years ago and I could have transformed my single driveway into a huge garage saving me snow removing over cars, enhancing beauty of my home and above all delighting my stake holder, yes you got it my wife, as I finally transformed a single driveway into beautiful garage, which by the way triggered this startup.
