Bathroom Renovation: remove wainscoting (and tile behind it), repair walls, install Ikea floating vanity with double sink and cabinet, LVP flooring, paint door, trim, baseboards, ceiling and walls.

Stairway painting: enamel trim paint used on risers, spindles had a black wash applied and wood had a restorer applied.
