These are not the showiest of all the dahlias however bees love this kind. Dahlias will not overwinter so the tubers will need to be pulled out in the fall, dusted off and stored in peat in a dry dark place for winter. In the spring pop it back in :)

Italian Red Pear - Large beefsteak. Quite versatile. It's the best for making paste but also excellent for slicing, stuffing and roasting
