4 season skid style building – move it, hook it up and you are ready to use!
120 sq ft fully finished unit with vaulted ceilings, Electric fireplace, kitchenette, 2 piece bath, garden doors, triple pane window, electronic lock and camera system. It has it’s own panel and can be powered to RV plug in or left as tec cable to tie into any power line. It has a 120v hardwired wall heater with thermostat as well as an electric fireplace with a blower. Passive ventilation and bath fan. It is fully plumbed for regular water and sewer tie ins and venting, and has a 3 gall water heater under the vanity sink. Currently as there is no water or sewer on the existing site there is a composting toilet that would come with the unit, but is plumbed for a regular toilet as well. LED recessed lighting throughout interior and exterior. Walls are R-22 and the floor and ceiling are R-30 closed cell sprayfoam insulation. Exterior is hardi board and baton and longboard metal siding – extremely durable. The deck comes with unit and is removable for ease of moving the unit. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, walnut countertop, soft close drawers and doors on cabinets.
Could be used as a lake lot unit, home office, studio, gym, anything you need some extra space for.
