Change is good.
This 100+ year old house saw an addition back in the early 2000’s to the main floor bathroom. 25 yeas later the shine was gone and it was desperate for a new…. everything.
Out with the old, in with the new oversized bathtub, walk in shower, toilet, vanity and storage. Did I mention floor levelling, plumbing upgrade and a recentered walk through to what was the new addition.
A fantastic change and a much deserved upgrade.

Who wouldn’t like a blue tub from 1979? It’s time for a new tub and surround.
New soaker tub, new plumbing fixtures, new tile surround and new flooring.
Great improvement and a tight budget.

Doom, gloom, and just nasty.
Some basement bathrooms don’t stand the test of time. This one was way past its prime.
After a quick tear out, reorganize the fixtures with new waste pipe, new plumbing, quiet exhaust fan that really clears the air, insulation, drywall and paint, this basement bathroom came back to life all done with a very tight budget.
Don’t let time run out on that rotten bathroom.

Do you have a clothes dryer that seems to take forever to dry your laundry?
