Designed for how life actually happens.

The kitchen is often considered the heart of the home, but for this West Vancouver family, it needed to be much more than a beautiful space. It needed to support busy mornings, casual meals, conversations over coffee, and the everyday rhythms that make a house feel like home.

As part of the transformation of this Arts and Crafts residence, we reimagined the main floor to expand the kitchen and introduce a custom café-style banquette tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle. Every design decision was made with intention - creating better flow, maximizing functionality, and ensuring the space felt connected to the way the family lives day to day.

While the kitchen features details like slim shaker cabinetry, refined hardware, and custom lighting, its true success lies in how effortlessly it supports everyday life.

Because great design isn't just about how a space looks, it's about how it works.

What began as a shared vision between our clients, design team, and builder has officially come to life - layered with personality, thoughtful detail, bold material choices, and careful ex*****on from start to finish.⁠
⁠
Throughout this series, we’ve talked a lot about planning, collaboration, problem solving, and craftsmanship. But walking through the completed home, what stands out most is how personal it feels.⁠

From the custom millwork and integrated architectural details to the vibrant furnishings inspired by an Italian table discovered during our clients’ travels, every space was designed to feel intentional, warm, and uniquely theirs.⁠

This project challenged everyone involved in the best possible way, and we’re incredibly proud of what was created together.⁠
