Tom’s work ethic and dedication never cease to amaze. He sees no task too hard or too difficult and always has the company’s best interest in mind daily. He’s known for going above and beyond to take care of his customers, especially by picking up and delivering their vehicles from their home or workplace. It’s a level of service that customers consistently rave about. Just as impressive is his commitment to being available, no matter the time, he’s always willing to answer the phone and lend a hand to customers and coworkers alike. Whether he’s out around town or on the road, he’s always looking for opportunities to connect with new customers and fleet managers while maintaining the strong relationships he’s built with our existing clients. He has an unmatched eye, not just for windshields, but for identifying potential new and used vehicle buyers and connecting customers with the full range of products and services that Capital Auto Group has to offer. When he’s not drumming up glass work, Tom can be found with his family and friends. Whether it be with his grandkids cheering on their musical talents, walking downtown taking in the scenery, or lending a hand with an antique car show.
