This customer was complaining about their unit freezing up and not feeling the air flow away from the unit. Common installation issue of having the unit installed too close to the ceiling. This reduces the air flow which is decreasing capacity. The extra ~2.5" will definitely help with this issue.

This issue will cause multiple issues like:

🥶 Freezing up in cooling.

👎 Low air flow in heating/cooling.

💲 Increased operation costs due to lack of satisfaction.

We also seal all our holes with spray foam!
This will help reduce risks of air/water pe*******on in the walls!

If you notice your heat pump installed too close to the ceiling, contact the installer and ask for minimum installation requirements. This will help with your 💲💲SAVINGS💲💲

This truck has the new 1234YF refrigerant. Held pressure test, so doing a leak seal kit to help eliminate future micro leaks that will present themselves during season change overs. All done and blowing COLD 🥶.
