Access Design & Build is a resource for anyone looking for professional assistance to transform their existing living or work space to accommodate a physical disability. Disabilities can result from an accident, degenerative illness, a medical condition or can be the natural outcome of growing older. Living barrier free will positively enhance the life of the individual and their family.

My name is Sean Gillespie and I have been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years as a project manager and recently had to 'transform' our living space after my son suffered a catastrophic injury. The changes made not only gave him the ability to live a more normalized life but provided his family and caregivers a safe and healthy environment to administer his care as needed.
This experience got me thinking that there are many others out in our society whose lives could be so much better with structural or equipment enhancements to their surroundings.
