Stairwells, the one area that keeps most painters employed as no one wants to do them😆 But for this couple, I'd even paint them a second time, I truly enjoyed the kindness and great visits! thank you for including me on freshening up your beautiful guest suite and your house! (I only got 1 photo of the house stairwell)

If I am being perfectly honest, I dont often take on new builds! It has to be the right contractor, James it was a pleasure working for you, and right situation for me to commit. Thanks to the help of my wonderful friend/mentor Tom, I was able to complete this duplex and I was happy with the results😁! I only got pictures of the one side as I forgot to take them on the first side before the client's moved in!

Walls finished in BM scuffx :color- baby fawn
Trim color- simply white
This whole house had a repainted! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large entrance, large livingroom, kitchen, and hallways!

I truly wish these photos could show more of the transformation on this home. Every wall was re-painted, all trim and doors repainted, and all ceilings repainted! So fresh and bright! If you are ever curious what a job like this costed, just pm me😁

This office needed to be put back to its original state for the next renters. Did you know blues and greens, next to black and red are the hardest colors to cover due to high-saturation pigments. They often require multiple coats or primer!

Does your ceiling have "ghosting" lines?? This is actually a result of inadequate insulation, dirt will accumulate on the truss lines leaving stripes down your ceiling. yes, this can be painted, but over time will return if the insulation isnt fixed! 1 happy customer with all fresh ceilings😁

This customer was hoping to brighten this room, but really wanted to keep the pattern on the feature wall, mission accomplished!
Fresh coat on all trim, patch work, 2 coats of paint, feature wall accent!
