Customer had a blocked Building Sewer main. I was able to respond on short notice late at night to Hydro Jet the blockage away which revealed the real problem. The Pipe has separated from the coupling under ground which is allowing roots and debris to come through the gap. This is a job for another day which will require an excavation, but for now the customer was happy to have the water running for her tenants.
