🏠🌞 Project Spotlight: Roofing Bliss in Bayfield!🏖⛱

We just wrapped up this stunning transformation in the heart of Bayfield. While it looks beautiful on the outside, it’s the work underneath that counts!

🧩 The Challenge: After stripping off two layers of old shingles, we discovered rotten barn board.

The Solution:
✅Stripped to the bones.
✅Installed new 7/16 OSB.
✅Added a double layer of strapping to shim and level the roof to perfection.
✅Finished with a premium Steeltile roof accented by crisp white soffit, fascia, and troughs.
We are pumped with the results and can’t wait to return this fall to install LP SmartSide siding!

A beautifully executed addition by a fellow contractor required assistance with the roof, which we underlay, strapped with 1x4 lumber, and covered with new black barn steel. The finish was of high quality, thanks in part to our man lift, which enabled us to capture excellent pictures. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the hard work of all the individuals involved in bringing this project to fruition.

✅ Rain Screen System: We strapped on 16-inch centers to create a mandatory rain screen—a critical requirement for Hardie board to ensure maximum durability and moisture protection.
