I forgot to post pictures of my daughter's room that we did a while back. Didn't get good pictures of the blue doors as well as haven't got the chance to fully finish still have to paint the baseboards and then the window cells doing those the violet and indigo to complete the rainbow. Hopefully you have the time to do that in the next little while and then I can share completed photos

Hey I just realized I have not been on the business page since so much has changed so wanted to do a little post talking about a few of the changes. One being I am sole proprietor and although me and my dad do help each other still. The business itself is just me and then he has his own little thing going as well. By all means like mentioned we do help each other that will never ever change but as for ownership and all of that jazz it is me here at There Can Only Be One... McLeod Contractor's I have not been very good at the whole Facebook part even on that other page there I just tagged. But I have done a few extra things on there that I have not here.
I have registered the business through the government of Ontario as well as got the GST number. So everything is official official.

We are finally wrapping up a very long basement renovation. We do have one other job on the go but are looking to open up the books to taking on new jobs. It has been a while since I have said this and it feels good to be saying it. But please do check out the Facebook that I tagged above because I do get on there a little more than here. At again books are open! Quotes are always free. Although I will mention if you have me come out a third time we got to secure something at that point. I've had a few people where they get my quote and they're like okay well can we add this and this and get into the third fourth fifth time coming over without actually securing a deposit and at that point it is past a quote/estimate so I will need a deposit to talk about add-ons and everything. But other than that quotes are free and I do not mind coming by a second time if needed for that first free quote 🥰

Also I do have a vehicle not like my personal vehicle or anything but that means we are mobile and can branch out of Stratford itself. We have done the odd jobs out of town by all means but that did stop for a little bit but that is up and running again. We are able to do dump runs and scrap runs and all of those type of vehicle needed jobs again as well like moving and everything else. So if you reached out for any of those things and I said sorry I wasn't doing them at the moment we are again!

Definitely I would love to get some more painting jobs personally. I definitely miss painting. As well as outdoor work I would love to get outside!! Lol.

We don't necessarily specialize in landscaping and gardening and all of that but it is something that I specialize with at home and I have been very successful over the years especially when it comes to vegetables so it is something that I am willing to do. And I love doing it. So just wanted to throw that out there as well. If you even made it this far.

I will wrap this up just cuz now I feel like I'm rambling. But things have been interesting exciting stressful amazing and everything else in between this last year.

So I will wrap this up and hope to hear from some of you soon for any jobs you need or want 🥰

Had a beautiful day in Kitchener today.

Took some Ivy off the side of the house, and dug up the roots. As well as cut down and dug up a small maple tree.

Tomorrow we will be back to paint and lay some topsoil 🥰
