Timber Ridge is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker Assistant to join our cabinetry shop team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a seasoned carpenter in cabinetry and fine finishing with 40+ years of experience — perfect for someone with a carpentry background who is eager to refine their skills and learn cabinetry construction.

About the Role

As a Cabinet Maker Assistant, you will:

Support the construction and assembly of custom cabinetry

Learn hands-on cabinetry techniques from an experienced carpenter

Work with high-quality materials, tools, and finishes

Assist in maintaining a safe and organized shop environment

Gain experience in both standard and fine finishing cabinetry methods

What We’re Looking For

Background in carpentry (required)

Willingness to learn cabinetry construction and fine finishing

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Team-oriented attitude with reliability and punctuality

An interest in a long-term position — employee retention and loyalty are strong values at Timber Ridge
