I guess this needs to be said-

Spronsen Electrical officially has a 0 tolerance policy of any form of abuse or harassment. My employees can expect a work environment where they always feel safe, and no situation exists otherwise.

We see such policies in government programs, airports, ferries, retail, and everywhere else. Construction and trades are no different.
