We are also willing to hire, at lesser rates of pay, roofers who are not yet able to do the most skilled parts of the job and help them get to the next level.

Nailers will need to pass CertainTeed's testing requirements to receive the highest rate of pay.

Your rate of pay will be negotiated in the interview based on your experience and will be subject to an evaluation period where you demonstrate your ability.

We do exterior cleaning on townhouse complexes and houses: gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, window cleaning, roof moss control as well as pressure washing. We also do support labour for ShieldX Roofing.

We work at different properties in the lower mainland. Each day you commute to wherever we are working that day. The work is 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

We have 2 kinds of crews: the crews that do townhouses (4-6 people) and the crews that do individual houses (2-3 people).

We are looking for supervisor level candidates that can lead crews and talk to customers.

We provide full training for management as well as for workers.

Starting hourly rate is $22 / hour after a 2-week evaluation period when you are paid $18 / hour.
