This home is beautiful, it just needed a clearer conversation between the rooms. The layout of the living spaces were disjointed, the circulation was a bit broken, and nothing flowed the way the homeowners wanted it to. So I reorganized the plan, opened the connections, and gave the spaces a purpose again. Lots of talking, lots of questions, then we draw.

How was 2025 somehow the hardest yet best year ever?

✅ Made some GIGANTIC career decisions which are all paying off in a big way.
✅ Collaborated with people, brands, and organizations I’ve always dreamed about working with. See below ⬇️
✅ I’ve been recognized for my architecture and my social media (which still blows my mind).
✅ Joined a gym and began training with in July. I’ve dropped excess weight, changed my shape completely, all while becoming stronger than ever!

In 2026, I’ll be more of focusing on more of all that. Meet me there!

This is a house plan in the shape of a Christmas tree, with the inevitable redline circle markups as ornaments.

If you love architecture, or know someone who does, this could be a fun way to send holiday greetings with a design twist.

I appreciate how this window detail serves a functional and an aesthetic purpose. First the obvious of providing ventilation and fresh air into three of the rooms. The second is more visual as it provides visual relief on the exterior of the home (the rear elevation). The office (the room I am in) already has other larger operable windows so perhaps the third set of windows in the room was entirely aesthetic? This is the Affleck House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in Bloomfield Hills Michigan
