We welcome you to come for a traditional seed swap @ Tehkummah Seed Exchange, Feb 3 at JD's Manitoulin Garden Centre.
Everybody is welcome to enjoy a day out - have lunch, shop, take some seeds, chat with fellow gardeners and enjoy some live music while here!

What’s the difference between determinate and indeterminate tomatoes? Determinate—or “bush”—tomatoes require limited staking for support. They grow to a compact height, stop growing when fruit sets on the top bud, and produce tomatoes that ripen at approximately the same time. Indeterminate tomatoes, on the other hand, will grow and produce fruit until they are killed by frost. They typically grow to at least six feet and require substantial staking for support. They will bloom, set new fruit, and ripen throughout the season.

We are into wreaths making again this season!

Made from a variety of local evergreens boughs, including cedar, balsam fir, white pine and other species. Mounted on a wire frame and decorated with colorful cloth or burlap ribbons, pine cones and local wild berries and herbs.
A wonderful green gift that could (and should!) be composted at the end of the winter. Return your wire frame next year and receive a $5 discount for a new wreath!
