Mold problem?
We made this attic a safer space: contained the area, ran HEPA-filtered negative air, treated affected surfaces with MMR and fogged with Concrobium.
We improved ventilation by raking insulation back at the soffit, added a roof vent between the two existing vents, and installed a proper roof vent and insulated flex ducting for the bathroom fan to stop moisture buildup.

CLOSING DAY
What really happened.

We had this charming century home under contract in 20 days at 97% of asking price.

Sounds simple. It wasn’t.

Century homes are special.
They’re romantic. Full of character. Full of soul.

Our recent job involved dealing with a building that had an extensive mold infestation on its foundation walls.
We started by setting up a HEPA filtered negative air pressure containment area to prevent mold spores from spreading. We then treated the exterior walls with a specialized solution and used Concrobium fogging to eliminate all traces of mold.
After completing these steps, we were able to produce clean walls, ready for waterproofing.
