Looking for vendors!!

THE KID’S CARNIVAL IS LOOKING FOR VENDORS!

The Three Hills & District Chamber is looking for family-friendly vendors to join us at our Kid's Carnival in Three Hills on Saturday, July 11.

The food truck vendor spaces are full, but we welcome PREPARED FOOD VENDORS offering products like baked goods, preserves, jams and candies.

We're also looking for MERCHANDISE VENDORS of the kind who sell into farmer's markets and street markets. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you. And feel free to share this with any entrepreneurs you know who could benefit from this NEW MARKETING OPPORTUNITY.

AND, if your COMMUNITY GROUP or organization provides services of SPECIAL INTEREST TO KIDS AND MOMS, this is your chance to reach a big part of your local target audience.

More than 300–400 people visited our vendor area last year, and we're aiming for an even bigger crowd this year. We'd be thrilled to have you join us!

The most activity will be from 12 noon to 3:30 pm, but the parade is in the area prior and there will be live music between 3:00 - 5:00 pm.

Vendor set up begins between 9:30 - 10:30 am due to access restrictions with the parade prior to the carnival. Vendors are asked to remain set up until at least 3:30 pm.

Each booth is 10'x10'. These are outdoor booths and there is no power available. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, canopies, etc. The fee is $20 payable by e-transfer prior to the event.

Let’s make some bow bread knives from zebra wood!

I have 3 markets in 11 days coming up. If you need me, I’ll be in the shop…

Who wants a handcrafted bread knife?

At the 21 second mark you’ll notice a pause before I reach to the blade. I SHUT OFF the saw before reaching in. A tiny piece of scrap got caught. They often fall all the way through so I can keep working. It takes time for the blade to stop moving and it’s hard to see. There is a window just above my eye level where it is easier to see so I look there.

These corn hole boards landed in the customers hands yesterday thanks to RCT Delivery Services!

Chief, send us some action shots!

They need a new fire hall and have some fundraising opportunities coming up! There a dance tonight during Spirit Days and a golf tournament July 11. I hope you can get out and have some fun!

I drove them to Red Deer and met the driver (great communication) and they delivered them to the fire hall the next day!

This delivery was a bit out of their norm but they were willing and able to do it!

I’ll use them again for Alberta deliveries! The price is comparable/better than the massive companies AND you talk to a real human who cares.

I’m now in 3 provinces!!
My first delivery just went out to Ontario!
Funny story. He found me on E T S Y when I couldn’t even find my own store more of the time and I thought I shut down that store!
Anyway, we moved over to my website instead.
I can’t wait for this to be gifted! I hope we get to see pictures!

Mom got us a new bath tray and we love it!

It’s less of a bath tray for her and more of a supervision station.

We simply cannot let mom bath alone!

We can now ensure her tea stays hot, her books dry, and she stays awake!

Deb asked for a simple challenge coin holder. I can do simple but the wood always stands out! Of course, I personalized it for her too!

So grateful for customers who share their customized pieces because I forgot to take a photo!!!

HELP! We are looking for vendors!

Hi Everyone!

On behalf of the Three Hills & District Chamber we are looking for family friendly vendors to join us at our Kids Carnival in Three Hills, Alberta on Saturday, July 11. The most activity will be from 1200-330pm but the parade is in the area prior and there will be a dance between 3-5.

Arrival and set up begin between 930am-1030am due to access restrictions with the parade prior to the carnival. We ask that you remain set up until at least 330pm. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, tents etc.

Each booth is 10'x10' and the fee is $20 payable by etransfer prior to the event. That email will be shared once you commit. These are outdoor booths and there is no power available.

We are open to food trucks and have an ice cream truck, burger truck and lemonade stand vendors already coming.

We will only be accepting 1 vendor of each type (eg only 1 burger truck).

Last year, without vendors, we saw 300-400 people at the event.

This year we are looking to start growing! Will you join us?
