You only have 24 hours in Rome and you want to see all of the best spots?
Here is our itinerary!!

Note: Our hotel was a 6 minute walk from the Colosseum and we left at 6 am:) Wear good shoes! We finished our day with close to 40,000 steps!

Worth all the calories!!!
I ate more pasta in the last 2 weeks than a full year in Canada and it was all so good!! Who else loves Italian food??

You guys asked for it!!!
My favourite protein ice cream recipe!

Recipe:
250g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
33g of the Cookies and Cream powder
3-4g of Sugar Free Vanilla Jello powder
2 thin oreos that you put at the end

Mix together all except the Oreos and put in freezer overnight.
When your ready to eat it I like to run the sides of the tub under hot water a minute before putting it in the Ninja Creami

1. Run it once on « light ice cream »
2. Open it, add an extra 50g almond milk and run the « re spin » option.
3. Add 2 thin Oreos and tun the « mix in » option.

March Moments💕
Blessed with a week of sunshine and beaches a the beginning of March to help us get through the rest of winter. Small spring touches with flowers and greenery in the house but nothing more in terms of decor. Slowly coming out of hibernation. How was your month of march?
