📢 We’re Hiring – Accounting & Administrative Coordinator
NovaDome is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Tofield, Alberta.
This full-time position plays an important role in supporting our daily financial and administrative operations, including:
✔ Accounts Payable & Receivable
✔ Invoicing & Collections
✔ QuickBooks Online
✔ Project Financial Administration
✔ Office & Administrative Coordination
We’re looking for someone who:
• Takes pride in accuracy and organization
• Communicates professionally
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Is reliable, accountable, and proactive
• Has previous accounting and administrative experience
🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📍 In-office position based in Tofield, Alberta
