A basic cabinet refinishing that only involves spraying cabinets with a fresh, contemporary coat of colour ranges from $4500 - $8000 depending on the size of the kitchen.
However, projects are rarely ever just changing the colour.
To get the feel of a brand new kitchen, you have to undo years of wear and tear.
Pricing depends on the extent of the repairs and modification needed.
A common repair needed are door replacements, esp. the doors under the sink or around the stove. Replacing damaged doors costs approx. $180 - 280 per door
Are cabinet modifications needed? The clients may want to add a magic corner, modify existing cabinets to include appliance garage, add a kitchen island, etc ($1500 - $6000)
Upgrading handles, countertops, and backsplash will also be factored into your budgets.
