When your wife casually says, “I think I’m opening a bridal alterations studio…”
…and you answer, “Perfect. I’ll build it.” 🤍

This space began as an artist’s loft — original wood floors, exposed pipes, towering windows, and that beautiful, lived-in creative energy. It had character for days… but it wasn’t yet the kind of place where a bride could exhale, feel held, and step into her moment.

So we transformed it—without erasing the soul.
We brought softness to the architecture with hand-troweled walls, finished to mimic the depth and movement of Venetian plaster. Subtle variation, quiet texture, light dancing across the surface like fabric. The room instantly shifted: less studio, more sanctuary.

Those tall windows stayed — but we dressed them in sheer drapery so the light pours in gently, like a veil. The open volume became the feature: airy, elevated, almost ceremonial. And the chandelier? The final touch — a little sparkle for the moments that deserve it most.

What used to be a place for making art is now a place for making memories.

Still creative. Still expressive. Just… deeply personal.

Because sometimes the most meaningful builds aren’t for clients.

They’re built out of love — and the simple decision to say: “I’ve got you.”

Toronto unit!! 🇨🇦✨ Our first beautiful studio in Roncesvalles — and we can’t take full credit for this one.

Our client absolutely crushed it 👏 She single-handedly renovated and designed her stunning Studio Suite. We just came in for the final leg:
✅ added a few design touches
✅ built extra storage
✅ fully stocked the unit with consumables (so it’s truly guest-ready)

Think of it like a “sister suite”:
✔️ same clean + elevated aesthetic
✔️ same guest-first setup
✔️ same comfort-forward layout
…but with subtle changes that make it feel fresh (the textures, the styling moments, the little details guests remember).
