New Project update: Back deck stair and paver walkway upgrades. This backyards slopes towards the house which means water damage. Stairs were rotted and old walkway was always wet and muddy. New pavers have been raised and sloped away from the deck and house to help mitigate the water issues also for added support pavers have been laid on concrete bedding.

Installation of New range, levelling of new range is very important, silicone applied to the back and sides to seal off any areas where grease can access.

New project completion - water leaking into apartment below. As an experienced tradesman, I was able to determine very quickly where this water was originating in the apartment above. This existing door frame was rotted right through. By removing the whole door and frame, I was able to access and apply a new vapour barrier before installing the new door frame and door. Another satisfied client!

New project completion update - this new client wanted to modernize their TV room. This new white wash pine shiplap ceiling and a new coat of paint on the walls was a really easy way to freshen up this room.

Front stair entrance rejuvenation - rusted handrails, weathered and damaged concrete stairs.
Hand rails were stripped and ground back to bare metal, then repainted back to new.
Concrete stairs were ground back and Re patched then painted with garage epoxy paint.
Finishing touches were the installation of refurbished IPE wood treads.

What a huge difference!

This project was to complete the caulking to this back sliding door. See the before and after shots.
