When a project transitions from framing to drywall, the space comes to life. Before we're ready to paint, the walls and ceilings need to be mud and taped. For extra high quality, we do a Level 5 finish where the entire wall and ceiling area is covered in a thin layer of mud to hide every imperfection and create a perfectly smooth surface.

The beginning of every project at JGA starts with a sketch to define the program of the project, spatial configurations, and a high level schematic layout. From there, sketches are brought into CAD and turned into 3D models, from which all of a building's drawings are drafted, annotated, and placed onto sheets for submission into the local building authority.
