Condo living demands smart design — and in small spaces, good planning matters more than anything else.In Part 1 of our GTA Condo Series, we explore how proper layout transforms the way you live.

In a recent Etobicoke Lakeshore condo, the den had to function as three rooms in one. With custom millwork, a pull-out sofa, and thoughtful placement, it became a cozy English-inspired escape with more storage than most full-size homes.
