The Runnymede Laneway Suite was designed in close collaboration with the homeowner to support multi-generational living, allowing the homeowner’s mother to comfortably age in place while providing flexible housing for the family in the main house.

The 900 sq. ft., suite demonstrates how thoughtful small-footprint housing can maximize building performance, enhance sustainability, and keep families connected.

Thrilled to share that we received Committee of Adjustment approvals for two of our projects!

Our St. Alban’s Spa Suite in The Annex received variance for total lot coverage, whereas our Donview Garden Suite received variance for gross floor area!

Every approval is another step towards thoughtful, flexible, and endless housing opportunities in Toronto for homeowners looking to maximize property potential.

We’re excited to move forward with these projects and share more updates in the future. 🛠️
