To all my friends and family and everyone else that might potentially see this post. As a business owner I understand the importance of customer service and support and the necessity to build great business relationships. That’s why I put my customers needs and satisfaction to the very top of my list of priorities. Unfortunately there’s business out there that due to circumstances they think that they can bully their customers and get away with it. I’ve dealt with many car dealerships in my life and I can tell you after dealing with Maple Toyota I’ve experienced the worst sales customer service ever. you should expect to be bullied and treated like nothing other than just another number and nothing more. Allow me to explain. I understand the car market situation better than most so walking into a dealership expecting deals on a hot vehicle that’s not happening. However I still expect the dealership and the sales reps and managers to appreciate my time and treat me as a person and in a sense earn my potential business. The complete and I repeat COMPLETE DISREGARD and DISRESPECT I received mostly by the sales manager is unmatched and mind blowing. Not only I was ready to sign an over MSRP price without a word of hesitation but they wasted my time securing a descent deal from another dealership I had received. All I received was a fake excuse about a boss owing 24 dealerships and the “I’m just following orders” excuse with the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. Save your self’s and don’t bring your business they don’t want it anyway.
