I've always lived "downtown-ish" in Toronto, that is to say close to the core of University/Yonge. But lately I have been taking a second look at Etobicoke. I love the small town feel of the Queensway (perpendicular street parking!!) and it has amenities galore, including that amazing figure 8 skating rink. It is also one of the few remaining opportunity neighborhoods for real estate imo. I just finished staging this amazing house - huge lot and loads of space priced under $750k.

This beautiful loft was first listed empty (and dirty!), and it sat on the market for weeks with no activity. After the owners hired me to stage it, an offer came in within 24 hours and it was sold. Staging allowed me to show off the loft's design potential while providing ideas on how this great space could be used.
