25 Leith Hill represents the evolution of the infill project.

Located in an area that is characterized by 30-50 year old apartment blocks, this building looks to contemporize its setting and the existing perceptions of it. The design capitalizes on the creation of a more efficient use of the site and becomes transformational in nature to improve the immediate context.

The project frees itself from the rigidity of the surrounding towers and stacked communities and becomes a beacon of how design has continually evolved over this streetscape.
