Conn Connstellation valve rebuild

I have been collecting tooling and performing valve rebuilds for a few years now.

A valve rebuild is the process of building up the piston with layers of copper and nickel plating, after careful preparation and then honing the oversized piston perfectly straight. The casing is honed oversize to accept the larger piston and through the honing process is also straightened and perfect roundness is restored.
