e Corbusier’s last building.

Pavilion Le Corbusier in Zurich was commissioned by Heidi Weber and completed in 1967, two years after Le Corbusier’s death.

Built with steel, glass, and colorful enamel panels, it stands apart from many of his earlier concrete works.

Its floating roof, modular structure, and bold blocks of primary color turned the pavilion into one of his clearest architectural statements.

The construction of Fallingwater, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, began in 1936 in the lush woods of southwestern Pennsylvania. This site, perched above a waterfall, epitomizes Wright's organic architecture, where the building harmonizes with its natural surroundings. Fallingwater’s innovative design, featuring cantilevered terraces and integration with the landscape, challenged conventional architectural norms. The construction process, demanding precise engineering and craftsmanship, brought Wright’s vision of blending human habitation with nature to life.
