Danforth Carpet Connection is seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of flooring types, including vinyl, hardwood, cork, laminate, and refinishing hardwood floors.
Key Responsibilities:
Install various flooring materials: vinyl, hardwood, laminate, cork, etc.
Perform hardwood floor refinishing and repairs
Prepare subfloors and ensure proper installation techniques
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a flooring installer
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate tools safely
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
WSIB certification
